Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Hillberg &amp; Berk to use Winner&#x2019;s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.<ol data-spread="false" start="1"><li>CONTEST DRAW DETAILS</li></ol>An Eligible Entrant can only win one (1) Prize. &#xA0;The Eligible Entrant whose Entry Ballot is drawn (the &#x201C;Selected Entrant&#x201D;) and has complied with these Official Rules will be the winner of the Prize (a &#x201C;Winner&#x201D;).If necessary, should the Prize be unclaimed, or should the Selected Entrant be unwilling, unable or ineligible to win the Prize as set out in these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and Hillberg &amp; Berk&#xA0;shall have the right to draw, as a replacement only, an additional Entry Ballot.All determinations of the Selected Entrant and the Winner by Hillberg &amp; Berk are final and binding. &#xA0;No communication with Eligible Entrants will be entered into except with the Selected Entrant. &#xA0;All matters related to the Draw and the verification of the eligibility of the Selected Entrant to be declared a Winner shall be conducted by Hillberg &amp; Berk, or by persons designated by Hillberg &amp; Berk in its sole and absolute discretion. &#xA0;All decisions made by Hillberg &amp; Berk in this regard are final and binding and cannot be challenged.WINNER SELECTIONThe potential Contest winners will be chosen by a random draw from the total number of Eligible Entrants received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries to the Contest by the Contest Closing Time.&#xA0;The draw for the Prize is to be held by November 25, 2026 (the &#x201C;Draw Date&#x201D;). &#xA0;A selected Eligible Entrant shall therein be referred to as a &#x201C;Selected Entrant&#x201D;.Each Selected Entrant will be contacted by the Contest Sponsor through email by November 25, 2026. The Selected Entrant must respond to the Contest Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours to maintain their eligibility.
