If ordering multiple mystery bags, duplicate bags are a possibility

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty 

• Mystery Bags are final sale - no returns or exchanges
• Mystery Bags fall under standard Hillberg & Berk warranty policy and will arrive in our standard linen pouch. 
• Should the qualifying purchase be returned, the Mystery Bag must also be returned in original condition, or the full retail value ($99 Mystery Bag - Value $240, $149 Mystery Bag - Value $330) will be deducted from the eligible refund. 

Order Modifications & Shipping 

• No substitutions or rain checks. Purchases made before or after the “Promotion Period” are not eligible for promotion. Items are not reserved until payment is complete. 
• Offer is available while quantities last. 
• Order revisions, cancellations, and modifications cannot be facilitated through the “Promotion Period.”
