When is the Charm Party?

The Charm Party runs September 25–27, 2026, both online and in Hillberg & Berk stores.

Clients are welcome to drop by anytime during regular store hours throughout the weekend.

What is the Charm Party offer?

The more eligible charms you add, the more you save:

• 2 charms: 15% off
• 3 charms: 20% off
• 5+ charms: 25% off

The discount is automatically applied at checkout based on the number of eligible charms in your cart. No promo code is required.

Does the discount apply to the chain?

Yes! Your chain of choice can be included with your eligible charms to help you create a complete necklace or bracelet.

The applicable Charm Party discount will be applied to both the eligible charms and the selected chain.

Are all charms eligible for the Charm Party offer?

Most charms are eligible; however, the Maple Leaf Charm and sale charms are excluded from the Charm Party offer.

Can I purchase sale charms during Charm Party?

Absolutely! Sale charms may be available in select stores while quantities last. However, sale charms cannot be included when calculating your Charm Party discount and will remain at their existing sale price.

Can I combine Charm Party with another discount or promotion?

No. The Charm Party offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Can I use my BerkPerks points during Charm Party?

Yes! BerkPerks points redemption can be combined with the Charm Party offer.

How is my discount calculated?

Your discount is automatically calculated in your cart based on the total number of eligible charms in your order.

For example:

• 2 eligible charms = 15% off
• 3 eligible charms = 20% off
• 5 or more eligible charms = 25% off

The applicable discount will also extend to your selected chain.

Is Charm Party available online?

Yes! Charm Party is available online and in-store from September 25–27, 2026.

Simply add your eligible charms and chain to your cart, and the appropriate discount will be automatically applied based on the number of eligible charms.

Do I need to visit a store to participate?

Not at all! You can shop Charm Party online from anywhere.

Can I purchase other jewellery during Charm Party?

Of course! You’re welcome to shop your favourite Hillberg & Berk pieces while you’re here.

The Charm Party discount applies only to eligible charms and the chain selected to complete your necklace or bracelet. Other jewellery, such as earrings, will not receive the Charm Party discount.

What happens if I return one of my charms?

Our standard return and exchange policies apply. If a return changes the number of eligible charms in your order, the applicable Charm Party discount may be recalculated.

Are there any other restrictions?

Charm Party is valid September 25–27, 2026, online and in participating Hillberg & Berk stores, while quantities last.

The offer applies to eligible charms and the selected chain only. The Maple Leaf Charm and sale charms are excluded. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, but can be combined with BerkPerks points redemption.
