Please contact us by emailing [email protected] with your order information. Once your request is received, a member of our Client Care team will be in touch with further instructions.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Please allow 5- 9 business days after the item is delivered at our Head Office for processing.

Purchases that do not qualify for a return: 

  • Final sale items 
  • Tailored pieces, including custom-created Initial Station Necklaces 
  • Products that have been purchased from an outside vendor, including The Shopping Channel (please reference the applicable vendor’s return polices)
