- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Please allow 5- 9 business days after the item is delivered at our Head Office for processing.
Purchases that do not qualify for a return:
- Final sale items
- Tailored pieces, including custom-created Initial Station Necklaces
- Products that have been purchased from an outside vendor, including The Shopping Channel (please reference the applicable vendor’s return polices)
