Return & Exchange Policy
All eligible purchases can be returned/exchanged both in-store and online.
Full Refund: Eligible items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase (for online purchases, this date will be your delivery date).
Store Credit: Receive store credit for returns made within 14 days.
Exchanges: Exchanges for eligible items can be made within 45 days of purchase, whether bought in-store or online.
Gifts: Products received as gifts can be returned for store credit with a valid gift receipt up to 45 days after the purchase date.
Return Eligibility
All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original condition
Purchases that do not qualify for a return:
Final sale items
Tailored pieces
Products that have been purchased from an outside vendor, including The Shopping Channel (please reference the applicable vendor’s return polices)
International Returns
For clients outside Canada, return shipping costs are the client's responsibility. For more details or assistance, please reach out to our friendly Client Care team.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can in-store purchases be returned online?
Absolutely! You can visit any of our retail locations to process a return or exchange. Please ensure the pieces are unworn (in original condition) and bring your proof of payment.
Can online purchases be return in-store?
Definitely! Just contact our Client Care Team by emailing [email protected], and we'll be happy to assist you from a distance.
Please note that Interact purchases cannot be returned for a full refund online, but they are eligible for store credit. If a full refund is preferred this will need to be return back in-store at a retail location. Let us know if you'd like help processing this!
Can I get a gift receipt?
Gift receipts can be requested in-store. We don't have separate gift receipts for online orders, but the standard packing slip doesn't include any prices so it naturally doubles as a gift receipt! We have found that the less paper to keep track of, the easier the client experience.
For any gifted returns or exchanges, the recipient just needs to let us know the purchaser’s name and we can retrieve the order details in our system with ease. In other words, they don’t need a gift receipt to initiate a return or exchange—just the purchaser’s name. This also applies to any warranty needs in the future.
