All eligible purchases can be returned/exchanged both in-store and online.

Return for full refund within 7 days (of receiving the item, if purchased online) and store credit within 14 days. Products received as a gift may be returned for store credit with a valid gift receipt up to 45 days after purchase. Exchanges can be made for both in-store and online purchases up to 45 days after purchase.

Products must be in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.  

Please note, for requested returns or exchanges outside of Canada, the return shipping charge is the responsibility of the client.
