On November 15, 2024, the Canada Post Union issued a national strike, temporarily pausing all Canada Post services. During the time, we used a variety of alternate carriers to ensure timely delivery, and we sincerely thank you for your understanding as we navigated these challenges.

We’re pleased to announce that Canada Post services resumed as of December 17, 2024, and we will now be offering shipping through Canada Post with free shipping on orders over $50.

We are also continuing to offer Buy Online Pick-Up In-Store as well if you are located near a store. Please note that in-store pick-up is not available at the following locations: West Edmonton Mall, Polo Park and Cross Iron Mills.

Orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days unless otherwise notified. FedEx International Economy orders placed before 12 noon CST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon CST, on a statutory holiday, or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
